1. All submissions are due on or before April 30, 2025, at the following Microsoft Form: https://forms.office.com/r/MRkk4tJW9G.
2. Supporting documents are to be submitted via email on or before April 30, 2025, to Dariana.gomez@trilogyplm.com.
3. Scholarships will be awarded by May 30, 2025, and if accepted by the candidate, should be utilized for the 2025-2026 academic year. Applicants will be notified whether or not they are awarded a scholarship by mail.
Scholarship recipient(s) will receive a $2,500.00 scholarship to be used toward any college, university, or post-graduate vocational school. Scholarship amount is determined by highest overall scores.
Member companies and employees; including the children or grandchildren of the employees may apply for a scholarship. Siblings of employees or other relatives are not eligible. Applicants must be one of the following (1) a high school senior, (2) a high school graduate (3) a recipient of a General Education Diploma (G.E.D.), or (4) a currently-enrolled, full time student in and undergraduate course of study at an accredited two or four year college, university or vocational school.
No applicant may apply for more than one scholarship, and no family of an applicant may receive more than one scholarship awards per year. A permanent list of submissions including those previously awarded scholarships will be kept in the Trilogy scholarship file. Prior year winners are not eligible to re-apply.
The scholarship will be distributed in a one-time lump sum award. After awards are finalized, the recipient of such award, will be sent their award to the address on file per the application.
