Submission Checklist

Applications open February 20, 2026. To be considered, please have the following ready to upload by April 30, 2026:

Proof of Relationship: Sponsoring employee’s Name and ID number.
Transcripts: Unofficial copies are acceptable.
Letter of Recommendation: One letter from a teacher, coach, or supervisor (non-family).
Resume: A current summary of your achievements and work experience.
Creative Prompt: Submit a 2-page essay OR a 2-minute video on one of the following:

For Employees: How will this education help you contribute to the future of our company or the agriculture industry?
For Children/Grandkids: What is one lesson you learned from your parent/grandparent’s work in “Ag” that you will take into your future career?

Important Note: Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Winners will be announced on or before May 30, 2026.

We are proud to announce that for 2026, we are awarding four $2,500 scholarships (totaling $10,000) to our employees and their families.

Eligibility Requirements

To ensure our program is impactful and fair, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Company Connection: You must be a current employee or the child/grandchild of a current employee.
Enrollment: Must be accepted into or enrolled in an accredited 2-year/4-year college or a vocational/technical trade school (e.g., Ag-Tech or Diesel Mechanics).
Academic Standing: Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
One-Time Award: To share the support across our entire team, previous winners are not eligible to reapply.

Dear Scholarship Applicants,

This notice is to inform all applicants that the application period for our 2024-2025 scholarship program has now closed.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time and effort to submit their applications. We received a significant number of impressive submissions, and our review committee is now carefully evaluating each one.

Please be advised that the scholarship winners will be announced by May 30, 2025. We will notify the successful candidates directly via the contact information provided in their application.
